PLUS Exercise Group on Under The Rainbow
31 July 2009 by Pure RadioThe People Like Us Stockport (PLUS) Exercise Group arranges regular walks for the local LGBT community. From walks around Stockport town centre, most parks around the borough, to walks around towns as far away as Cumbria and West Yorkshire.
Under the Rainbow caught up with them at their last walk, around the Roman Lakes in Marple. A rainy evening did not affect the beautiful views.

Monks Special with Gary Burger

The Monks were five ex-American GIs based out in Germany during the mid sixties. They made one album in 1966 entitled Black Monk Time, which has developed into one of the biggest cult albums from the decade.
