Ten-year-old Sophie Nesbitt from Stockport has won a prestigious Sibling Award from the charity Contact a Family for the help she gives her disabled younger brother Jack, who’s just 2 years old.

Under the Rainbow spoke to Gill after her talk. She described what life was like for LGBT people – from before homosexuality was decriminalised, up to the current day.
